Bespoke Hair is on the 2nd floor in Suite 213. A doorperson is in the lobby during business hours. After hours and Saturday, use the building intercom system to the right of the front doors. Scroll through to Bespoke Hair and press call to access the lobby. Once inside take the elevator, or the tile stairway.

COVID-19 Building Modifications

These measures are in place to keep us all safe. Your help is greatly appreciated.

  1. Masks and social distancing measures are required for everyone in all common areas of the building and the Sola Salon Studios complex.
  2. Sola Salon Studios maintains Merv-13 filtration and greater outside air intake for the HVAC system.

The shop is conveniently located where SOMA, the Financial District and Union Square meet. The Ritz-Carlton Residences are next door and the Palace Hotel is across the street.

BART and Muni Montgomery Station is steps away.

Public parking is readily available nearby:
South of Market garages include – Jessie Square, Hearst Parking Center and Fifth and Mission

North of Market garages include – Union Square, Post Montgomery Center (valet), The White House and Sutter Stockton.

As we evolve toward a post-vaccine Covid-19 world, Bespoke Hair will be as nimble as possible in keeping up with the science and will comply with the most recent state and local requirements. Please, let’s adapt together to our new normal and help keep each other healthy and safe.

Bespoke Hair Covid-19 policies

  1. Full Covid-19 Vaccination required with proof. Please bring photo ID and validation of vaccination which may include one of the following:
    • original CDC vaccine card, copy or a photo of the card
    • documentation from a healthcare provider
    • personal digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by the State of California

       (Youth not yet eligible for vaccination are permitted with vaccinated parent.)

  1. Masks will be required per San Francisco mandate –  disposables with ear loops for haircut access will be provided.
  2. Masks may be removed for beard trims, shaves and facial refreshers while actively receiving these services.
  3. No beverages or food allowed.
  4. A $2 COVID fee is charged per visit. The fee supplements the investment in air purification equipment and PPE to open and stay safe.

Bespoke Hair health and safety protocols

  1. Bespoke Hair uses 2 separate HEPA air purifiers. The primary runs 24/7 with an air exchange of 6 times per hour and also filters a range of chemicals, gases and VOC’s. The secondary also has a UV-C light and operates when the shop is open.
  2. Each client receives a freshly laundered gown and/or cutting cape. Tools are sanitized for each service.
  3. The barber station is sanitized between each client.
  4. The shop is cleaned and sanitized daily.
  5. Hand washing upon entering the shop is available.
  6. I am fully vaccinated and am happy to verify this. I keep a photo of my vaccination card on my phone please don’t hesitate to ask.

Bespoke Hair is committed to following all orders from the California and San Francisco Health Departments. As the situation continues to evolve new health department requirements will take precedence.

Friday/Saturday 9am – 6pm

The shop is closed for lunch from 1:30 – 2:30 PM.

Cancellation, No Show, Lateness Policies AND COVID-19

I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand adjustments at times are necessary, please provide at least 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule. When appointments are missed or cancelled late, I miss the opportunity to fill that time in my schedule and clients miss the opportunity to receive services.

Late cancellations and No Shows may be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have to reschedule in order to respect the schedules of others.

COVID-19 related cancellation fees will be waived.
